Who we are

SignOffAI ("we", "us") provides online tools for Canadian businesses. Contact: privacy@signoffai.com.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and sign-in information.
• Business details you choose to give us, such as business type, province and fiscal year-end.
• Usage records: which tools you used and when, without the content you processed.
• If you received a letter from us: your corporation's public registry details, such as its name, number, incorporation date and registered address.

What we do not collect

Tools marked "In your browser" process your files and entries on your device. We never receive them.

How we use information

• To provide the tools and your account.
• To show deadlines that fit your business.
• To send reminders and tips, only if you agreed.
• To offer a consultation with our accounting practice, if you ask for one.

Processing, storage and security

Data we store is kept in Canada, encrypted in transit and at rest. Server-side processing runs in isolated environments in Canada, and files are deleted after processing. Our processing providers do not use your data to train their models. See our Security page for details.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers for hosting, authentication, email and processing. They are listed at /security#providers.

Your choices

You can update or delete your information, withdraw consent to emails, or delete your account at any time by contacting privacy@signoffai.com or using your account settings.
